FAQ
Setup and launch
How long does setup usually take?
Most vendors can move quickly once Stripe is connected. Total setup time depends on menu complexity, verification status, and how much pre-launch testing you do.
Do I need separate links for each session?
Yes. Session links are time-bound, so each live selling window should have its own URL or QR code.
Orders and cancellations
Can customers edit an order after paying?
Customers can update or cancel through their manage-order link until your configured cutoff is reached.
What if a customer says their order did not appear?
Ask for their order confirmation email first, then confirm status in the vendor queue. If missing, test a new order from your own device and verify the active session URL.
Payments and payouts
When do payouts arrive?
Payout timing is controlled by Stripe for your connected account and can vary by country and risk checks.
Are refunds handled in QueueJump or Stripe?
Refund actions in QueueJump route through Stripe and are recorded against the original payment.
Customer access
Why can a customer open the page but not place an order?
This usually means the session is closed, inventory is unavailable, or ordering windows are outside allowed times.
What should I do if a QR code stops working onsite?
Use your fallback short URL and reprint signage with the latest active session code before the next event.
