First session checklist

Use this checklist before your first live QueueJump service window.

Before you open

• Confirm Stripe is connected and verification status is complete.
• Publish one active session with a clear opening and cutoff time.
• Check menu items, modifiers, and stock availability.
• Place one low-value live order from a phone and confirm it appears in queue.

During service

1. Keep one person accountable for order queue visibility.
2. Mark each order at the point it enters prep.
3. Confirm handoff names and collection slot before marking complete.
4. Pause intake quickly if kitchen throughput drops.

After service

• Review failed or refunded orders and add brief internal notes.
• Export order totals and compare with Stripe settlement records.
• Capture any friction points to improve your next session configuration.
