Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the QueueJump platform and services. By using QueueJump, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

QueueJump provides a platform for food vendors (“Vendors”) to publish menus and accept pre-orders from customers (“Customers”). We facilitate the ordering and payment process but are not a party to transactions between Vendors and Customers.

2. Vendor Obligations

As a Vendor, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate menu information and pricing
  • Fulfil orders in a timely manner as advertised
  • Comply with all applicable food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Not sell illegal, prohibited, or age-restricted goods through the platform
  • Maintain valid business insurance and any required licences
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and issues

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use QueueJump to:

  • Sell controlled substances, alcohol, tobacco, or any illegal goods
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Circumvent platform fees or payment processing

We reserve the right to immediately disable any Vendor account that violates these terms, without prior notice.

4. Payments and Fees

Vendors are charged a monthly subscription fee plus a percentage of each order processed through the platform. Payment processing fees are charged separately by Stripe. Full pricing details are available on our Pricing page.

Customer payments are processed through Stripe and paid directly to Vendors, minus applicable fees. QueueJump does not hold customer funds.

5. Refunds and Disputes

Vendors are responsible for handling refund requests and customer disputes directly. QueueJump may assist in dispute resolution but is not liable for refunds or compensation.

6. Limitation of Liability

QueueJump is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, Vendors must fulfil any outstanding orders. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
