Fees explained
All plans are billed as a flat monthly fee per food outlet.
Platform fee
In addition to your monthly fee, there is a small usage-based platform fee of 1.5% per order to cover infrastructure and support costs as you take orders. For most traders, this works out at around £1.50 per £100 in orders.
Card processing fees
Card processing fees are charged separately by Stripe (typically 1.4% + 20p per transaction).
QueueJump does not charge commission, or take a large percentage cut of your sales.

Delivery platforms take a significant cut of every order.
QueueJump charges a flat monthly fee, plus a small usage-based platform fee — so as your business grows, you keep the majority of what you earn.
