Add your food outlet

Give your outlet a name, upload your logo, and set your details. This takes about two minutes.

Each food outlet is separate. If you run multiple outlets, you can add them all and manage them from one account.

Create your menu

Add a menu for your outlet. You can have multiple menus, like one for weekday lunches and another for events.

Organise your menu into categories like Mains, Sides, and Drinks. Keep it simple for customers to browse.

Add menu items

Add each item with a name, price, and optional photo. Include allergen information so customers can order with confidence.

You can add modifiers (e.g., "Add halloumi") and mark items as sold out at any time.

Choose where you're trading

Create a location for your session. This could be a market, festival, or regular pitch.

You can save locations and reuse them. Perfect if you trade at the same spots each week.

Schedule a session

Set the date, start time, end time, and when customers can start ordering.

Open orders a week ahead for a big event, or just a few hours before for a quick lunch service. You're in control.

Go live and take orders

Share your session link. Customers order ahead, pay online, and collect when ready.

Orders appear on your dashboard in real time. Mark them ready, and customers get notified automatically.
